SUMMARY
The Association of Ethical Shareholders Germany was filing a counter motion on the occasion of the shareholder meeting of BASF SE held on April 30, 2015. The Association disapproves the actions of the board members of BASF SE for the business year 2014, because the  BASF SE board members didn’t fulfill their responsibility along the supply chain in the case of Lonmin.
Here you can find the counter motion as pdf.
Here BASF’s English translation of the Countermotion (without references).
